Residential Tenancies Tribunal

The South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal was established during 2014-15 to provide a single, easy to find, easy to use body for fair and independant resolution of administrative and disciplinary disputes.

Matters previously heard by the Residential Tenancies Tribunal, Guardianship Board and Housing Appeal Panel moved to the SACAT.

If you have a residential renting or leasing dispute, you can first try to discuss and resolve it with the other party. If you haven’t been able to resolve it together, an application can be made to SACAT to seek resolution.
