John is married with three children. He is a keen gardener, cook and avid reader of non-fiction. John attained a Law Degree, worked as a Solicitor at law firm Duncan & Hannon and later at Johnston Withers & Associates where he was made a partner.

John was also an Advisor to the Hawke Government from 1985-1988. He has been a Barrister since 1997.

John is a former member of the ALP National Executive and is a member of various Parliamentary Committees.

Jack Snelling holds office as Treasurer, Minister for Workers Rehabilitation, Defence Industries and Veterans' Affairs.

He was first appointed to the Labor Ministry on 25 March 2010.

Jack's other portfolio responsibilities have included Minister for Science and Information Economy and Minister for Road Safety.

Jack was first elected to the South Australian Parliament in 1997 as the Member for Playford, representing the people of Ingle Farm, Para Hiils, Pooraka and Walkley Heights.

Jack is married to Lucia with six children - Molly, Helena, Frank, Joe, Peter and Thomas.

He enjoys cooking, reading, playing chess with his children, listening to classical music and training at the Para Hills Amateur Boxing Club.

Hon Russell Wortley MLC

Before entering Parliament, Russell served as an official of the Transport Workers Union with direct responsibility for Gas Industry employees.

He has served on numerous government and community organisations including as a commissioner on the Occupational Health and Safety Commission; a member of the Workers Appeal Tribunal and the Industrial Relations Advisory Committee, and as a councillor on the Prospect City Council.

A Justice of the Peace, Russell's interests include industrial relations, health, environment, sport, education, and social justice issues.

He is married and has one child.
