Office of Parliamentary Counsel
The Office of Parliamentary Counsel provides legislative drafting and advisory services to:
- Cabinet and Ministers.
- South Australian Government departments and agencies.
- State Parliament and its Committees and members.
It prepares up-to-date consolidations of all South Australian legislation, publishes information about legislative events and maintains the South Australian legislation website.
