Court Companions
Volunteer court companions are trained by the Victim Support Service to offer information and support to crime victims, their families and friends and to prosecution witnesses.
You can arrange this through Victim Support Service (a non-government body) www.victimsa.org.
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) has a Witness Assistance Service which supports witnesses and victims of major indictable offences.
