Duties: The Tenancy Officer is accountable to the Operations Manager for the provision of information and advice to, and the conciliation of disputes between, landlords and tenants, rooming house proprietors and residents and residential park operators and residents. The Tenancy Officer monitors compliance with legislation administered by the agency, takes action against breaches and provides appropriate stakeholder awareness and education, which results in consumer protection and fair trading in the market place. |
