2011-12 Mid-Year Budget Review
The government has decided not to proceed with the Community Court
Project. The decision will save $12.8 million. Savings from the
initiative will be used to offset key policy decisions that have been
made since the 2011-12 Budget.
The 2011-12 Mid-Year Budget Review included new savings and revenue
measures totalling $141.1 million over four years which more than
offsets new policy decisions totalling $130.2 million over the same
period.

Children in State Care and Victims of Crime ex gratia Applications
