Conviction for unlicensed southern suburbs car seller

An unlicensed car seller from Christie Downs has been convicted and ordered to pay $3,816, following prosecution by South Australia’s consumer watchdog Consumer and Business Services (CBS).

Mr Leslie Paul John was charged with 23 counts of trading as a second-hand vehicle dealer without a licence and four counts of advertising vehicles for sale in relation to 17 vehicles.
