Court imposes conviction and fine for impersonating an Inspector

The Industrial Court has convicted 25 year old South Australian man, Sam Narroway, for impersonating a SafeWork SA Inspector and fined him $15 000.

Between October 2013 and February 2014, Mr Narroway attended business premises and residential properties, seven sites in all, across the metropolitan Adelaide, holding himself out to be an authorised work health and safety inspector.
