The temporary closure of an Adelaide karaoke lounge for alleged breaches of liquor licensing laws should send a strong warning to venue operators, according to the state’s liquor licensing body.
Acting Commissioner for Liquor and Gambling, George Kamencak, suspended the approval of Mr Chao Ma and Mr Feng Gao, the two directors of M & G Investments Pty Ltd, holder of the licence for Lyrics on Gouger – resulting in the venue’s temporary closure.
