Investigating Maladministration - Lessons Learned

The Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2012 provides for the investigation of allegations of maladministration in public administration.

The Hon. Bruce Lander QC has undertaken several high profile maladministration investigations, most recently publishing Oakden: a Shameful Chapter in South Australia’s History. He will reflect on the legislation governing these investigations and lessons learnt from them.
