A second tier workforce? Temporary migrant worker vulnerability in Australia's regulatory environment

This CPD seminar will examine the regulatory issues at the intersection of Australian labour law and migration law to consider whether temporary migrant workers are able to access workplace protections under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).

The seminar will consider recent legal developments from 2016 and 2017, both in terms of case law and legislative reform.
