The Cultural Inclusion Framework is a guide (PDF, 3.5 MB) to help agencies in the public sector deliver culturally inclusive programs to Aboriginal peoples in South Australia.

The framework was developed in 2005 by Cheryl Axleby and Dennis Rigney of the then Aboriginal Consultancy Unit in the Office of Public Employment after an extensive across-government consultation process, which included the Indigenous Executive Consultative Committee and its associated Working Group.

In 2006, the state government formally adopted this approach to improving the cultural appropriateness of its programs and services, as well as to delivering culturally-fit workplaces across the public sector.
