Lobbyist registration

The Attorney-General's Department maintains the SA Lobbyist Register on behalf of the South Australian government.

Members of the public can search the register for details of active and inactive lobbyists as well as annual returns from 2018 onwards. For older returns, contact the SA Lobbyist Register.

Registering as a lobbyist

Any individual or organisation that undertakes lobbying activities in South Australia must be on the SA Lobbyist Register.
Updating lobbyist information

If you are a registered lobbyist you must update your details when they change.
Annual returns

All registered lobbyists must lodge an annual return, outlining lobbying activities for the previous year.
Terminating a registration

If you no longer undertake lobbying you can surrender your registration via your profile in the SA Lobbyist Register online portal.
