Documents, specifically reports, ministerial briefing notes, correspondence including emails, audits, reviews and AV material relating to delays in the delivery of Coronial Inquest findings and Coronial backlogs. I am specifically seeking access to documents which show the following:
1. How many Coronial Inquests that have been completed still awaiting findings more than six months later?
2. Reasons why findings have not been delivered for each of the inquests that were completed one or more years ago?
3. Correspondence to the families of victims awaiting decisions on Coronial Inquiries/Investigation which are more than six months old.
4. Issues preventing Coronial Inquiry decisions being made.

Timeframe: 1 January, 2022 to the date this application is validated.

• Duplicates;
• Documents that have already been publicly released; and
• Media reports/articles/releases and correspondence with media (not excluding internal correspondence about media inquiries though).

Please limit:

• Ministerial briefings notes to the final version, unless there isn’t any, and then just the latest draft.

1. A suspended sentence
2. A warning.

If an annual breakdown of statistics exists, please limit to just the statistics along with any related briefings/reports/correspondence including emails about youth crime.

All correspondence received from the Member for Davenport, Erin Thompson MP, and any responses (Member initiated) and correspondence sent by the Minister to the Member (Minister initiated) including responses to that correspondence. A list of the top 250 fine evaders who owe money to the State Government's Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit;

• person's full name (including photos for the top 10 debtors);
• suburb/town of residence and state where not SA; and
• age, amount owed and a summary of the offences (theft, traffic, rego, illicit drugs etc.)

Either the date of the oldest offence or the date the person was added to the list for failing to pay outstanding fines. Figures for the total number of people who owe money to the State Government and the total value of the outstanding fines. Timeframe: 13 October 2020 to 14 October 2020.
