A distinguished barrister whose credentials include a post-graduate degree from the prestigious Oxford University has been appointed to the Supreme Court.
Barrister Ben Doyle KC takes up his new role next week, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of Justice Malcolm Blue earlier this month.
Mr Doyle has been working in private practice since 2004, after completing an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Civil Laws from Oxford University. He has worked extensively in commercial and civil litigation, criminal appeals and public law, appearing in local courts, as well as Supreme Courts in different jurisdictions, the Federal Court and the High Court.
